We’ve recently upgraded our facilities at the Kamuela Vacuum Cooling Plant, allowing us to lower operations costs for our members and expand our capacity for growth.

We now have more room to accommodate more members. Cost-Sharing Model

We operate on a cost-sharing model, which means that all members contribute to the operations costs, but no profits are being made above and beyond the cost of service.

This unique approach allows us to offer high-quality vacuum cooling services at a reasonable price without needing markups or hidden fees. As a member, you’ll be able to take advantage of our commercial-grade facilities and equipment while also enjoying the peace of mind that comes from knowing you’re not being charged more than you should be.

In addition to our cost-sharing model, we distribute energy costs among members based on use. You’ll only pay for the energy you use rather than being charged a flat rate regardless of how much or little you use the facilities. This approach ensures that our members get the most value from their membership while managing costs.
